What is the warranty period of disabled lifts?
In our country, the warranty period determined by TSE for disabled lifts is 2 years. Other periods are informal and can be given entirely on the initiative. It has no validity under the law.

Factories provide parts and technical support guarantee for 10 years, apart from the legal warranty period of 2 years.

Is a license required for disabled lifts?
According to the machine directive, its speed is 0.15mt./sec. A license is required for elevators below.
What is the delivery time of disabled lifts?
Disabled lifts are divided into three as seat, platform and vertical systems. Average delivery times vary between 10 days and 70 days.
What is the tottman principle in disabled lifts?
To express the Tottman principle in simple terms, we can express it as start-stop. The aim is to use the elevator completely by one’s own will. It is the event that the person constantly presses the button or turns the key in the direction of going. The elevator will stop as soon as he removes his hand. This is a system designed for the elevator to move completely at the will of the user, otherwise it will stop immediately. This elevator is the biggest difference between disabled elevators and normal elevators.

Elevators without this feature are not accepted as disabled elevators.

What is a disabled ramp and what should be considered when buying?
Disabled ramp should be preferred for places where it is not possible to physically implement a disabled lift. There are fixed and foldable ones. They are sold by the meter. Legally, 1m of horizontal length is required for every 12cm of height.
Is there any government incentive for disabled lifts? If yes, what is it?
There is only one government incentive for disabled elevators and the room is VAT exempt. Other than that, there is no legal incentive or law.
